What we do
How does Instant Capital Advance protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as firewalls and encryption, including 128-bit SSL technology where appropriate, designed to protect your information.
How does Instant Capital Advance collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you apply for a loan or give us your income information, provide employment information, pay your bills, or use your credit or debit card. We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness, affiliates from using your information to market to you, and sharing for non-affiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
Other important information
When you apply for credit, we may obtain a credit report in connection with your application and for account review and collection purposes. Underwriting criteria vary by product and we reserve the right to use the information we collect to make lending decisions. We may update our records when you notify us of changes to your information.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites. Because there is no common understanding of how to interpret those signals, we currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We may revise this policy if a standard is adopted.
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you as required by law, including by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
